How to Volunteer

In order to start volunteering with KRB, all volunteers will need to fill out our volunteer application.  Any questions about the volunteer program can be directed to Linda at linda.scofield@rabuncounty.ga.gov or 706-782-4812.

Our Volunteers Fight Dirty!

Keep Rabun Beautiful is driven by a large and committed volunteer force who unite to protect the local environment in Rabun County. Many motivated volunteers from all walks of life support our necessary work.

Cleaning litter off roadways, testing the water quality of local streams, assisting at waste reduction events, and community outreach – volunteers do it all! If you are looking for volunteer opportunities in Rabun County, we have many ways for you to get involved. We welcome individual volunteers as well as groups.

Group Opportunities

If you are looking to plan a group volunteer opportunity with Keep Rabun Beautiful, please fill out our group interest form. Suitable group activities include becoming an Adopt -a- Mile group, organizing a one-time litter cleanup activity, assisting in our waste reduction events (Document Shredding/Bring One for the Chipper), and Great American Cleanup.
